Becky plays an integral role in helping Van Horn parents care for their families and was Director of the Rainbow Express Depot Day Care Center 25 years. The day care center provides a discount to low income families through subsidized funds and provides critical quality care for 20-30 local children enrolled; however, has the capacity to care for 50. Becky was responsible for the entire operation, making sure the day care center is run in accordance to Texas minimum standards.
